Hip Talk at Surface Hippy

I'm 10 days post op. Physical therapist graduated me from a walker to a cane after putting me thru some tests. It felt so good to go up the stairs facing forward. I was proud as a peacock walking with it! When ppl

ask me how I'm doing I would always answer "Good, I'm vertical and making forward progress. How are you?"

Vertical and making progress. I knew a lot of friends in the smoke ridden early 70's while in college who couldn't say that....

You will be throwing the Cane away soon.  Keep up the P/T and listen to your body. It gets better y.
