Groin pain

Any suggestions I am 14 weeks post op and still have pain in the hip, flexors and groin and the hip pops and clicks had two x-rays and both look fine surgeon said could be the tendon getting caught, said it should settle down any help suggestions I feel like I’m going backwards

Hi and welcome!

You could have pain and discomfort from time to time up to 6 months or more.  Full healing takes about a year.  Have you been overdoing it, maybe?  Are you doing anything out of the ordinary that might be causing the pain?
